Job responsibilities

  • Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers
  • Present solutions tailored to the customers’ needs
  • Resolve problems and ensure customer receive high quality advisory
  • Utilize data to analyze organizational performance in key accounts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop plans and deliver strategic objectives with each key account
  • Drive engagement among key accounts
  • Manage key accounts performance end KPI’s
  • Regularly review customers needs and advise
